Job Brief:
We are looking for motivated and competitive Regional Vice Presidents and Senior Account Executives to execute our sales strategies and attract new clients.  The successful candidate will have or will know how to source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve sales quotas.  The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing clients’ needs for monthly retention, re-orders, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing the sale of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (Appointment setting in person, referrals, cold calling, presentations, etc.)

  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/ models and evaluate their effectiveness.

  • Evaluate clients’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.

  • Meet personal and team sales targets.

  • Research accounts and generate or follow up on sales leads.

  • Attend sales meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.

  • Report and provide feedback to management using statistical & financial data.

  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory via our CRM

Requirements:

  • Business owner MINDSET

  • Self-motivated and driven

  • Proven sales experience

  • Experience working with CRM’s

  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in experience.

  • Coachable & Trainable

  • Willing and able to learn basics of Stem Cells (training provided)

Earning potential: 

• $100K to $500k or more annually

  • Maintain an accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts

  • Identify and maximize travel productivity through setting and maintaining appointments.

  • Generate/Create sales reports each week and submitting them to management

  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers

  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence both in your area and globally.

  • Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients

  • Update client information in the company contact database Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company grow.
